Green Butterflies - Phoebis sennae

Green Butterflies - Phoebis sennae
Greenbury Point, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA
August 9, 2017
What species of butterfly is this ?

I agree with Nancy. Cloudless Sulphur males
Just guys hanging out at the bar. Most puddling butterflies are males since they need the moisture and minerals for reproduction health. Also most Cloudless Sulphur males are rather plain and show little if any spotting as does the female.

Moved from ID Request.

I'm no expert-
just a guess: Cloudless Sulphur (Phoebis sennae)?
