This looks like the same species as your example identified as Epermenia cicutaella here.

From Microleps.org, here, "Ochromolopis ramapoella (Fig. 4) feeds as a larva on the fruit of false toadflax, Comandra umbellata (Santalaceae), with adults emerging in late May." Yours is from August.
