"South-central California (Tehachapi Mountain Peak, Kern Co.) and north-central California (near Blairsden, Plumas Co., Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite Park). It is also reported from Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen, and other locations in northern California" (2).
