September 25, 2016: collected leaf mines of Redroot, Ceanothus herbaceus
October 5, 2016: a cocoon (must have been a second one too)
October 14, 2016: a dead larva (I seldom know why)
April 13, 2017: 2 adults emerge, freeze, but accidentally froze what looked like, after the fact, a viable pupa. I would not have done that on purpose but it did allow for a photo.
