Size: ~.4 mm
This tiny wasp was removed from leaf litter that had accumulated on top of a saw palmetto trunk.

Mymarommatoidea...
The reticulated surface of the forewing and shape of the petiole are suggestive for this group. This might be a rarely seen male. A nice catch, Susan.
