My leaning would be to Chlorochlamys
Several of the Chlorochlamys species have tan or cream colored forms. The form of the lines here inclines me to the possibility of Chlorochlamys phyllinaria ?

Perhaps a Red-fringed Emerald (Nemoria bistriaria)?
