Hemipteran in snow (Longistigma caryae?)

Hemipteran in snow (Longistigma caryae?)
Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA
January 5, 2018
Size: 5 mm
Found under a beech tree, in snow, on a windy day that was approximately 15 °F. A suggestion on iNaturalist was Longistigma caryae, which seems like good guess except adults are not reported to be overwintering. Thanks for any help with ID and with thoughts on natural history. Also, might this be a wingless female?
