Hodges#10696.1 - Eucoptocnemis nr-rufula

Solid?

I guess this could be rufula but the ID it's not supported by BOLD. The BIN for that species is BOLD:AAV7030 and this is in BOLD:ADJ4115. The separating is over 1.5%. It's not impossible for this the be specimens of these two BINS to be all the same species, but if rufula sample are correctly identified at BOLD, then I would infer that this is not that species. I'll see if we can't get an expert opinion.

Thank you Steve. When mine are placed in separate BINS but have never been before reported from TEXAS, I always suspicion the location may be part of the problem. This one is at TAMU so they may eventually have an opinion. I wish I could figure out how to research the BINS like you do!

Eucoptocnemis n. sp. nr. rufula

Don Lafontaine says that this is an undescribed species. It is near rufula which is not known outside NM and AZ. I changed the species name on Info page since all the images shown within are from Texas and I then added a new Eucoptocnemis rufula page.
