Yea this makes sense. I can't see the pronotal setae which is apparent under a scope. My bad!

this is another specimen. I have a few others that clearly seem to be Dicaelus, but I don't feel confident assessing species. Thanks to both of you.

Dicaelus furvus?
Certainly Dicaelus. The long extension of the humeral carina to nearly the apex of the elytra point towards Dicaelus furvus.
