Winter bug

Winter bug
Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA
January 11, 2018
Size: Approximately 1 inch long
Today was almost 50 degrees F, after 2 weeks of below freezing temps. I saw two or three of these bugs on the aluminum capping of the garage door, and thought it odd that something hatched like it was spring. This was about noon - 2:30pm. When I came in I noticed one on the wall next to a door leading out to the deck. I don’t recall seeing this bug before, and would like to know if it could be a problem bug for either the house or to people.

capniidae
small winter stoneflies. They emerge in winter and walk on the snow. They can only live in clean, unpolluted streams so their presence is an indicator of high water quality
