Bombus impatiens? - Bombus impatiens

Bombus impatiens? - Bombus impatiens
Siloam Springs State Park, Adams County, Illinois, USA
September 27, 2017
Just wanted confirmation on this one as the yellow marks are a little abnormal for what I'm used to. I'm assuming this is a male? Found in dry-mesic oak woodland on blue woodland aster.

Bombus impatiens
male with some yellow hairs on T2

Note clear wings, short malar, darker color diffusely interspersed on scutum but no clear central spot
