Question.
We took the above image at exactly the same place and exactly the same time (within minutes) as the black weevils that have been identified as being from an entirely different genus. Is this right?

both IDs stay
this is a very speciose subfamily, i get members of several baridine genera during a short net sweep of my own backyard
