Bright green Dragonfly from Florida - Erythemis vesiculosa

Bright green Dragonfly from Florida - Erythemis vesiculosa
Palm Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida, USA
December 30, 2017
Bright green dragonfly at John Chestnut Park in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Thanks for any help in IDing this guy. He (or she) was enjoying a nice big bug for lunch which encouraged him to stay in one place for a while.

Green dragonfly
I'm afraid I don't know much about Florida dragonflies, but my suggestion would be Great Pondhawk, Erythemis vesiculosa, in the family Libellulidae.
