Ant species for those are my strong suit for id'ing.

F. incerta has erect setae on at least the pronotum and propodeum. This one lacks them, so is F. pallidefulva.

From this photo I would say that is Formica incerta from the lack of hairs on the mesosoma and slightly denser amount of hairs on the gaster. Formica pallidefulva would be the other option.
