Toxomerus marginatus on strawberry - Toxomerus marginatus

Size: ~7 mm
Not sure if this is T. marginatus or T. occidentalis, but it was one of the very few syrphid flies that didn't dart off when I tried to photograph it (at the time). Observed on domesticated strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa, ever-bearing cultivar) at around 7 pm on May 19, 2017.

I thought it looked more like T. marginatus, but was nowhere near confident enough to hazard a guess :)
