Finding inside home for many months now. No visual source. Any help with Identification and source options would be appreciated.

No fruit in house. Appears to
No fruit in house. Appears to coming from interior wall. inspected attic space, limited, and living areas. Problem was worse two years ago. Since then sporadic activity here and there.
