Ochrotrichia?

Ochrotrichia?
near Tillamook, Tillamook County, Oregon, USA
June 27, 2017
Size: ~2mm
Here's a look at the critter without its case. The end of the abdomen was slightly damaged, but there were no filamentous gills there, so that makes this an Ochrotrichia rather than a Hydroptila.

Frassed
Moved from Hydroptilinae.

This was frassed because of the damage to the abdomen. This was probably a Hydroptila with damage that obscured the filamentous gills.
