Size: 2 in. long
Larva 34 days old, 5th instar. Adult female had come to night light on June 26, 2002. It laid eggs. Reared five larva on Tamarack (Larix laricina) cuttings. They formed cocoons on August 25, 2002. Overwintered in fruit cellar. Removed from fruit cellar April 25, 2003. One male eclosed on May 15, 2003. No other cocoons made it.
