Cecrophia moth?

Cecrophia moth?
Montauk, Suffolk County, New York, USA
January 26, 2018
Found this in Montauk in the woods very near a freshwater wetland. It was on a branch that had fallen to the ground. I have no idea how high up in a tree this was originally. It looks like leaves were purposely adhered to the outside. Someone I asked thinks this is from a Cecrophia moth. Any thoughts?
