Beetle for ID - Plateros

Beetle for ID - Plateros
Pleasant Walk Road, Frederick County, Maryland, USA
July 4, 2017
Size: About 4mm long.
At UV light.

Moved tentatively; Plateros was my initial thought too
Moved from ID Request.

Looks very Net-wing-ish. Maybe something like Leptoceletes basalis? They come to lights and are in your area in July. Check with someone more knowledgable than me, though. I'm just taking a stab in the dark. Here's an example, but I'd kind of expect the orange to extend further down on yours if that's correct: https://bugguide.net/node/view/1114397

if it's a net-wing
I think it's more likely to be Plateros
