Totally Unknown Fly - Sphecomyiella valida

I have submitted a couple of other images of similar-looking flies, but very different in some respects. All have the same flattened perspective on the "face" as well as the odd, droopy abdominal look. I have seen only this and those two in all the years I have been imaging insects (since 1976)...
