Found at White Rock lake, along the banks of Sunset Bay. Will add 2 additional shots. One of the forktail females?

If so, that would be a new species for me
Just realized, I did not get a photo at the right angle to show the secondary sex organs. I was thinking female due to the lighter colors, it was not a bright blue.

 
It might have been cold
Was it early in the day? They need to be warm to be bright blue.

In April, not that cold I would think
