I found these bugs roaming around in the bathtub I believe they have been coming up through the pipes.

Frassed, rice/grainary weevil is correct

Rice weevil?
More likely to be rice weevil, a common pest of stored products like rice, corn, and bird seed. Not many bugs actually come up through pipes. They likely fell in and could not climb the smooth bathtub surface. They can infest products like Rid-X. Look for infested bird seed. Simply discard infested goods and wait a few weeks for beetles to die off.
