Megachilidae, nest - Anthidiellum notatum - female

Megachilidae, nest - Anthidiellum notatum - Female
Red Oak Prairie, Allamakee County, Iowa, USA
April 17, 2017
Size: 10 mm length
April 17, 2017: collected this structure on Lead Plant, Amorpha canescens, in a hill prairie remnant
This is one of those mysteries/rearings that I really wanted to be successful, to figure out what this might be, what might have constructed it, and who might be inside. (I don't always get what I want.)
June 16 - June 30, 2017: had to travel and couldn't take all the rearing vials/bottles with me.
June 30, 2017: a dead bee, yeah to an adult but too bad it died in my care
