Identification
While this may be S. obtrusum, it appears to be somewhat teneral. Relying on the frons color to separate this from internum or rubicundulum at this stage is not totally reliable. The only truely reliable trait at this point would be the shape of the subgenital plates.

I think this should be just identified as Sympetrum sp.
