What spider please . .

What spider please . .
The Villages, Sumter County, Florida, USA
February 18, 2018
The boardwalk at The Sharon Rose Weichens Preserve is covered with intricate spider webs. This is the only spider I've found. It's teensy. Could something so small make these elaborate webs?

Moved from Spiders.

It
looks like an Araneid spiderling such as Neoscona, so possibly. Web looks Araneid as well.
There are a variety of orb weavers to be found in that type of habitat in FL, such as Neoscona, furrow spiders, orchard spiders, long jawed orb weavers, Argiope, etc...

Thanks so much for your help . .
I haven't given up hope on trying to get a shot of an adult spider creating these webs.
