Harpalus bicolor
was my initial impression for this female with elytra apparently heavily punctulate. Pronotum not quite H. pensylvanicus.

Harpalus bicolor is a junior synonym
of Harpalus compar. The latter is the senior synonym and so it is the valid name to use. Sorry, for falling back to the days of Lindroth (1968) who gave us "Harpalus bicolor".
