Enicospilus possibility? - Enicospilus

Enicospilus possibility? - Enicospilus
Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, USA
September 13, 2017
Found at night on the brightly lit state capitol building in downtown Indianapolis. This wasp was very large - two to three times the size of Ophion short-tailed wasps that I typically see at night.
