I've debated between a couple of species in the past and am finally giving up on being sure of an id without asking. Thanks!

animal horizontal with wings held up
says Dancer to us, genus Argia. Brown form female with dark sides of A9 and narrow dorsal light stripe says Argia apicalis to us.
