why Agralea?
I still don't think you can determine hydroptilids to genus based on habitus pics.

I thought it was Agraylea gen
I thought it was Agraylea genus because of the great similarity with Agraylea's photos on Tom Murray's web page.

Now if you tell me that we can not identify the genus with certainty from these photos, you are the expert and I willingly accept your verdict. So it will be Hydroptilidae. Thank you for your comment and your help.
