Perplexing moth - Gymnandrosoma punctidiscanum

Perplexing moth - Gymnandrosoma punctidiscanum
Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, USA
August 26, 2016
Found on the state capitol building in downtown Indianapolis. I have been trying to figure this one out for over a year now. Have repeatedly searched thru Tortricidae (including just about every genus and species), Pyraloidea and Tineoidea. It is highly unusual that I cannot at least propose a genus ID.

Moved, Gymnandrosoma punctidiscanum
Moved from ID Request.

Thanks!
Looked at G. punctidiscanum many a time, but kept dismissing because I could not clearly see the signature white spot. Hopefully having this image on BugGuide will help anyone else down the road with the same dilemma.
