Found in child's bath - 1.5

Found in child's bath - 1.5" scorpion, Fairfax California (20 miles north of San Francisco)
Fairfax, Marin County, California, USA
March 9, 2018
Size: 1.5 inces
Please help me ID this - first time I've ever seen a scorpion and I'm highly concerned for my family's safety.
We found an adult in the upstairs bathroom 12 hours after spotting this one. (submitted for ID Separately)

This was found in the bathtub in our home in Fairfax, CA (Just north of San Francisco)
I thought it was a piece of fuzz under the clear bathmat while running tub for my 2 year old.
Lifted the bathmat, it started to 'swim' realized it was a very small scorpion (1.5" from pincer to tip of outstretched tail).
Our home is in the foothills of Mt Tam in Fairfax CA.

Poor resolution
Unfortunately, due to the poor resolution, I can only tentatively identify it as belonging to the family Vaejovidae, all of which are not medically important.
It could be
Uroctonus mordax
Graemeloweus iviei
Graemeloweus glimmei
Paruroctonus silvestrii.

Moved
Moved from Scorpions.
