I'd say Comma
See the comments to my entry at http://bugguide.net/node/view/128172 for how to tell a question mark from a comma using the spots on the dorsal side of the wings. On the ventral side of the wings, I'd expect the comma shape to be two separate spots for a question mark, but I think the description cited above may be more diagnostic.
