Size: ~14mm
This would be an unusual specimen of C. curtipennis, as they typically are tan dorsally and green on the sides. This color pattern is more typical of European Chorthippus such as C. parallelus and C. dorsatus.

Color pattern
I certainly agree that this species can be variable, but we've been unable to find a specimen or an image of C. curtipennis that is green dorsally and tan laterally. We also have a nymph. We'll plan on additional survey this summer and hopefully find more specimens.

Looks like it to me. This species is really variable, I've seen many different color forms. Here's a similar one also from OR

There is the European C. brunneus introduced in New Brunswick and Newfoundland, but doesn't look like that one to me
