Size: 5 mm
Location is in Mill Valley, Forest Rt. 17N02 11.4 km sw, Fouts Springs, 1,226 m elevation.
GPS = 39.31603, -122.70907

- Front legs missing.
- Tarsi _-5-5, penultimate large with bilobed pads.
- Eyes not meeting underneath and head sheltered by overhanging pronotum.
- Meoscoxae open (mesosternum separated laterally from metasternum).
- Metacoxae widely extended to the side and meeting the elytra.
