Nephrotoma occipitalis - Male
Brighton, Monroe County, New York, USA

If this ID is correct, it is the first specimen from the United States at BugGuide.net. All the others are from Canada. However, it is not far from Canada. Monroe County, NY is right across Lake Ontario from Ontario, Canada.

My specimen looks just like this photo: .
