Waving-wing flies on coyote scat - Euxesta

Waving-wing flies on coyote scat - Euxesta
Santiago Oaks Regional Park, Orange County, California, USA
March 28, 2018
This was the most common fly at the scene, although another species with a iridescent red abdomen was also on show (I photographed this previously, I believe). They walk around waving each wing independently.

Moved
Moved from Flies.

Euxesta notata (female)…
See reference here.

Is E. anna ruled out?
