Left valva. Moth genitalia. The closest genitalia image I could find suggests that it might be Aethes patricia (Metzler, 1999. The Great Lakes Entomologist, Vol 32, No.3, Fig. 2a).

Aethes
Hi Kyhl:
I came across this publication, Two New Species of Cochylini (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae: Tortricinae) From the Eastern United States
Eric H. Metzler The Ohio Lepidopterists(//scholar.valpo.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1991&context=tgle)
The genitalia and adult forewing look like a perfect match with Aethes patricia ( fig. 1a and 2a). I was mistaken in thinking it may be A. baloghi, although similar, it does not have the dense setae along the valval margin.
