White and gray moth - Hyperstrotia

White and gray moth - Hyperstrotia
Maplesville, Chilton County, Alabama, USA
March 29, 2018
This was a white, gray, and gold moth with a wingspan of about 1.5 cm. He was missing the scales on top of his thorax. He had a faint golden median band that got larger toward the inner margin where he had two indistinct black orbicular spots. I'm not sure if this is a worn specimen or part of his design. In the area of the median line near the costa he had two faint white spots which had 3-4 speckles of black in them. He had brownish gold fringe.

Hyperstrotia
Yes. Looks much like Hodges 9039 – Hyperstrotia flaviguttata – Yellow-spotted Graylet Moth. Thanks.
