I can`t see the hind femur cl
I can`t see the hind femur clearly but if you are certain this is the same specimen as in its accompanying picture then it isn`t. The other image has the hind femur mainly black and ribesii female has the hind femur entirely yellow/orange. From what we can see of the hind femur in this image it could be orange which would make these to different specimens. More pictures would help.

 
It's the same individual I tracked.
Images taken two minutes apart. So, still possibly vitripennis, but impossible to be sure without assessing trichosity on wing under magnification, yes?
