Rounded humeral angles rule out Z. renardii. Also, known to occur this far west.

Wrong species
Sam, I am pretty sure this is not tetracanthus, which would have spines on the pronotum. Yours clearly does not.

Could be Zelus luridus
Appears like Zelus luridus, which doesn't have tubercles on posterior margin of pronotum.

Zelus, I'd say
Looks a lot like the ones here in SoCal.
