An Orthosia moth with prominent yellow outlines on spots. Would this be an Orthosia revicta?

Orthosia hibisci
Both species are variable. However, if you look at the light subterminal line, you can see darker brown shading next to it on the medial side (i.e. side closest to the middle of the wing). That's one of the indicators for O. hibisci.
O. revicta has shading on the terminal side of the ST line (i.e. the side of the ST line closest to the lower edge of the wing).

Ortho hibisci
Libby,

Thanks for pointing out the differences between revicta and hibisci,

Bill
