Some type of Leaf Miner on Pale Indian Plantain (Arnoglossum atriplicifolium) Photo 2 is a closer up view if that helps any.

Several internet references I found listed the (Phyllocnistis insignis) moth as a species of leaf miner that hosted on Pale Indian Plantain (??)
