Mystery house moth - Plodia interpunctella

Mystery house moth - Plodia interpunctella
Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA
March 31, 2018
Size: 14 millimeters long
Large numbers of these moths have been turning up in my bedroom. At full size, they all look roughly like this one. They fly quite slowly and are relatively easy to catch.

I've been releasing them outside as quickly as I catch them, but I keep on finding them. I've also spotted a few caterpillars around the room. My principal concern is - are these clothes moths?

Moved, Plodia interpunctella
Moved from ID Request. My only sighting of one was on Seamester on the ship. Never had the pleasure of discovering an infestation :)

Plodia interpunctella
stored grain pest, more info here. Very familiar with these guys from my stay in a college dorm with a kitchen :)
