Bugs found along window sills

Size: Compared to penny in pic
These were found on my window sills, the windows are open but there are screens in them, I don’t see them anywhere far from the windows, just in the sills. I mainly want to know how to stop them from coming in and if they bite or are harmful in anyway to plants or people. I did spray some roach and ant killer on the sills, I am not sure of the effectiveness yet though.

springtails of some sort
Harmless to humans
