I would think subtribe Xyleborina first...
but these things all look the same to me...

 
Hmmm,
Now ya got me thinking. Maybe I should just put this under Beetles and see if anyone can ID it for certain. I was so bloody sure it was Ipina without a doubt. Oh well, it certainly won't be the first time I got it wrong...
