Size: About 11mm
On top of the Mohawk Dunes, SE of Tacna, 14.5 miles, 117 deg from the intersection of Interstate 8 and Ave. 40 E. It flew by me at 10:05am and landed close by on Hilaria rigida. Entered into and identified on iNaturalist.
