Cicadellid nymph? - Tinobregmus vittatus
Quintana Neotropical Bird Sanctuary, Brazoria County, Texas, USA
April 8, 2018
Size: 5 mm or less
Numerous on one plant. Not sure of plant name.

Moved from Tinobregmus.

Moved from Unidentified immature stages.

Can't say for a fact that it's this genus, but confidence level high.

New post
I just posted an adult that I'm reasonably confident is conspecific with this nymph.

The nymph was on Morella cerifera. The adult was on Cissus trifoliata, a vine that was intertwined with the Morella.

Moved from Leafhoppers.
