Prostigmata: Tarsonemidae
This is a tarsonemid, as evidenced by the very thin fourth legs. Tarsonemids are herbivores so it probably is accidental environmental contamination and not from the dog's food.

I am suspecting the source to
I am suspecting the source to be her dog food, but I could not find a "grain mite" that had similar body features. She is actually on soft food only so not sure if processor is source of it or if it came from environment, like the grass.
