insect found on avocado tree BR, La, US - Typocerus zebra

Size: 0.25 inch
I found this bug very still on the top of my avocado tree sapling. this tree recently had a leaf infested with aphids which i removed by hand.

it is an insect bc it has 6 legs. it appears to be winged. possibly a type of beetle?

i am curious as to its ecological significance to the tree. whether it is a predator to watch over the tree or trying to tale away from it.

Chapman was my father's adopted name. I have no blood relations with most people named Chapman.

Long-horned Beetle
This might be a type of Flower Long-horned Beetle, Typocerus acuticauda standishi. (eastern) Hold on for an expert.
